• Puffle Handler can be found at the Ski Lodge or the Puffle Play Zone
• If you see penguins saying "PH" or "Puffle Handler" that means she's in the same room with you!
• When you meet the Puffle Handler you can add her to your buddy list to see if she's online or offline
• When you meet her you will earn her stamp and be able to get her background.
• Puffle Handler will change servers every 15 minutes + she can change rooms.
